The guarantee is provided only if the assembly, installation and operation of the luminaire was carried out in accordance with the rules specified in the Product Passport and in the manufacturer's instructions.

The return of goods of inadequate quality is made in the established sequence:

• In the presence of the customer, the product is checked for complete completeness and absence of mechanical damage. On the basis of the inspection, further actions are determined: an examination, lamp repair or exchange. A specific period is set for identifying the reasons for the inoperative state of the lighting device and its repair.
• A copy of the Defective Statement is issued to the Buyer.
• After the examination, an Act is drawn up indicating the reasons for the inoperability of the lamp or chandelier. The same document indicates the conclusions: replacement of a defective product, repair of a lighting fixture or failure.
• The buyer is notified of the result of the examination.
• If a decision is made to exchange goods, then in the case when a similar lamp is in stock, the exchange is made on the same day. In the absence of a replacement in the warehouse, it is ordered, delivered and exchanged within the time period set by the company.
