66 years ago, on April 15, 1955, the first McDonald's restaurant was opened in the United States. It is currently the largest fast food chain. The McDonald's brand operates approximately 32,000 businesses in more than 110 countries. Every day, about 47 million visitors pass through the cash registers of the famous fast food restaurant.
In Russia, the first McDonald's was opened on January 31, 1990 in Moscow, on Pushkinskaya Square. On the first day of operation, the restaurant served more than 30 thousand visitors, setting a world record in the history of the brand. At the time of opening, it was the chain’s largest establishment in the world (today it is the largest in Europe), with 900 visitors. The place has become, in a sense, iconic, symbolizing the advent of a new era.
Our company has contributed to the creation of a modern image of a historical site. The powerful linear luminaires TUBE-80 RADUGA™ form a graphic pattern in the upper, mirrored part of the facade, creating the effect of a frame floating in the air.
The luminaire is designed for contour architectural lighting in the form of continuous light lines. It is possible to use monochrome, RGB or RGBW modules to create dynamics.
The project was implemented jointly with LT Project.
