The facade architectural lighting of the LIFE-Kutuzovsky residential complex is a clear manifestation of an individual approach to each of our projects.
The business class residential quarter is part of Moscow’s largest natural reserve, the Setun River Valley, and is designed for those who value balance, who value comfort, safety and harmony.
An important part of the architectural concept of the complex is an individual design solution for the cladding of each building. However, during the implementation of the project, we were faced with the fact that clinker tiles of noble colors in the light of the RADUGA™ DUPLEX spotlights acquired a dull shade. At the request of the customer, LIGHT4U, we replaced the LED modules with ones with a more optimal color temperature.
LIGHT4U: “This project revealed your unique approach to business. You benefited by changing the diode in the standard solution from Cree to Nichia. Initially, the luminous flux had a greenish tint, but in the end we got the perfect 4,000 K. You have a cool project, and you won thanks to an individual approach to the client.”
The general lighting concept supports the main architectural idea - creating a comfortable environment for residents. Lighting accents are placed at the ground floor level, where small boutiques, cafes, beauty salons and administrative offices are located. Living areas remain in twilight, which creates an atmosphere of privacy in personal space. At the same time, the pattern of light verticals creates a sufficient volume of buildings and the overall geometry of the complex at night.
