As an alternative to standard housing and workplaces, apartments are beginning to appear in large cities. Real estate of this type is purchased both for own use and for rent. Nevertheless, most of the townspeople are still not used to this type of premises. In 2016, the owner of the «Verkhnyaya Torgovaya Residence», approached the project organization cooperating with us. These are premium class apartments in the very center of Ufa. The building is designed in a modern international style with variable number of storeys (from 8 to 21 floors), which is very atypical for the historic city center with its architecture.

Most of the factories and factories are now being moved outside the city limits, but their former buildings are not empty. They are actively being transformed and used for business centers, shopping areas and more. This is not surprising. Such objects, as a rule, not only have an advantageous location, but also have a memorable appearance. In Vladimir, there is a building of a former distillery, built before the revolution, in 1901. This is the first and largest plant in the city and a real monument of industrial architecture of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. The building is made of red brick, close to the rational style, without any additional decoration.
